Day Eleven! — 2012 Great Release Challenge! by Silver RavenWolf copyright 2012
For the last two days we’ve added a few writing exercises to your challenges. Today, we’re going practice a mental exercise that creates a visualization background for future work.
We’re going to Happy Town.
Yes, you read that right.
Happy Town is a place where everything is wonderful! All problems (if there are any) have quick and easy solutions. Everyone in Happy Town loves what they do and adores where they live. Happy Town has no sickness; but, they minister to visitors and make them well. Artists and craftspeople of every type live there. Everyone likes to talk about what they do, and share their expertise with visitors. They have plenty of time to spend with you. You may meet a welder or a garage owner, stock broker or janitor. The land around Happy Town is filled with country folk that have beautiful farms where they raise food and care for animals. You will also find a Happy Town Woods, a Happy Town Park, and a Happy Town Healing Center. Happy Town has sages, healers, scientists and architects — all who work for the good of humankind. No discrimination on age, sex, color, religion, or sexual orientation exists in Happy Town. The people there want only to help each other, and those who come to call. Happy Town is a utopia that works to serve the world with joy.
The way in and out of Happy Town is by train, and the station right now is decorated for the holiday season (that corresponds to where you live in the world). Special Happy Town greeters help each and every person off the train. This greeter gives each visitor a large, burlap bag that they are asked to fill with their worries, fears, anxiety, problems, sickness and any other negativity. The greeter then throws the bag, while the visitor watches, into a giant, ever-burning, sacred bonfire. Then, every visitor meets a happy guide who invites them to explore the town. Happy Town will always exist as long as there is imbalance in the world and people who need help. Before anyone leaves Happy Town they are handed a special gift by their guide, a gift that is just for them that will in some way assist them in the real world.
I’d like you to take a few minutes today, close your eyes, get on the train to Happy Town and visualize your arrival. Take as much time as you like to explore Happy Town. Don’t forget to put all your negativity in a burlap bag and watch the bag burn in the sacred fire before you begin exploring. When you are ready to board the train to come back to this life, receive your gift from your guide with open arms.
Your Physical Mission Today: Catch Up on the Little Stuff
During the past ten days I’m sure you’ve seen a bunch of little stuff that requires a special tool, a focused bit of time, or perhaps a missing part. Today’s physical challenge is dedicated to the small stuff that you’d like to finish or fix. For example, maybe you realized while working in the kitchen that the spices should be in the cupboard closest to the stove for easier access, or perhaps you need to glue a knob (or replace it) on the bathroom cabinet. Maybe it is a phone call that you’ve put off; but, really should make or maybe you bought decorations for the kids room; but, never got around to putting them up. Today’s the day to smooth all those little things away! Do as much as you can and save the rest for your Wish List (so you don’t forget).
Tomorrow: Finish Open Holiday Projects
Summary:
1. Do Your Morning Braucherei Ritual and light your goal candle. 2. Continue to Work with the Sea of Potential Affirmation. 3. Practice the Speed Clean exercises. 4. Do the Happy Town Meditation. 5. Catch Up on the Little Stuff.
Give yourself one gold star if you did today’s physical Catch- Up Challenge. Two gold stars if you also practiced the mental Happy Town visualization exercise. Three gold stars if you managed to catch up and do something you missed from the day before. Four gold stars if you completed something on your Wish List . Peace with the Gods Peace with Nature Peace Within.
So be it.
