My daughter-in-law expressed a great idea that I forgot to mention — if you don’t want to build your own release altar, you may try designating a special burn bowl as your release mechanism. The bowl can be filled with herbs, salt, just water, or even kitty litter (no kidding — it works). So! Thank you, Samantha!
