My Progress –One kitchen cabinet and then back into my Creativity Room – I reorganized all of my herbals (I have a wall of them) in preparation for the coming year. My herbal blends are growing in popularity on my WhisperMagick site. I raise many of my own herbals, which means that I have lots of tubs and baskets filled with dried herbs this time of year that need sifted and prepared for packaging. Once I remove sticks and stems (and burn them in an outdoor sacred fire in honor of the Gods) the dried leaves and flowers are stored in large, glass jars. I save the roots of many of my plants for dollmaking and other projects. I have only one more large tub and one basket to finish. Whew! I offer a raw crystal with each of my blends. I washed my latest shipment and then set them in salt water for several hours to prepare them for my orders. I also cleaned and organized both writing tables. My granddaughter and I held a small tree-lighting ceremony for my train village. I have added a water tower (the town simply must have one of those). However, she noted that we don’t have an ambulance and that I would have to find one to ensure the safety of my villagers should their Yule tree topple over because of the dog-monster (my dog) possibly bumping the table. I guess I will have to go get an ambulance — just in case.
