You will need two pieces of paper, a pen, and an undisturbed moment. The first piece of paper represents what you want to release. Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and then allow your hand to flow over the paper while you think about all the things (negative emotions, unhappy memories, fears, anger, etc.) you want to let go of. Do this for about one minute. When finished, take that paper outside and burn it in a safe burning pot or cauldron. You can lace the fire with cleansing herbs such as sage, lavender, hyssop, or rosemary. The second piece of paper represents what you want to draw towards you, and this is an exciting technique to do today because the lunar eclipse is absolutely on its way with all its marvelous power of providing emotional breakthroughs and personal harmony.
With the 2nd paper follow the same procedure of closing your eyes and taking three deep breaths. Think about all the wonderful things you wish to draw towards you, such as happiness, love, peace, healing, and joy -- you can also include material items. Let your hand flow. You're not looking at the paper, so you're not guiding where your hand goes. Spirit will guide your hand. When you are finished, take a deep breath. Put your pencil down and then place both hands on your drawing. Imagine that the universe is filled with marvelous, fragrant energy that desires to manifest your will above all. Let this energy collect around you, and then, from your heart chakra, guide the energy into your paper. You are finished at the precise moment you feel at peace with the world and everything in it. Place the paper on your altar, burn it, or hang it on your bathroom mirror – you choose! Let me know how you felt while doing this working.
