2nd Qtr Moon in Aries Mars moves into Sagittarius
Today’ Challenge — Clean and organize something you’ve been putting off… and here’s the challenge — that’s no bigger than a shoebox.
Mars will be in Sagittarius through mid-February and can bring joyful, expansive go-getter energy into your projects. Your natal house that is ruled by Sagittarius will probably experience change and an increase in activity. Physical exercise, positive growth, dancing, creating with joy, and travel are good ways to handle Mars’ dynamic energy.
Silver’s Protocol — Yesterday, we covered the first step in Silver’s Protocol. A five-step process I developed for almost any activity from magickal, to mundane, to healing, and more. The first step discusses Keeping an Open Mind (see yesterday’s post). Today we look at Step Two: Acknowledge that all energy is intelligent.
Think about intelligent energy for a minute without any reference to religion. No gods. No goddesses. No angels. No spirits. No Demons. No rules. No taboos. Nada. I’m not saying you shouldn’t believe in such things because that is not my place, and such a discussion doesn’t belong here. What we are looking for is a protocol without attachments. Purity. And purity is energy without expectation. It just…is.
Energy without expectation is something you can work with — you don’t need an intermediary to do it for you. Imagine for a moment that everything, and I mean absolutely everything, is composed of this intelligent energy. Open your arms, breathe deep and smile! Everything around you is bursting with possibility. Feel this! Don’t be afraid! Welcome this! Pure intelligent energy contains neither love nor malice. It is naturally without filters, or patterns, or predisposition. Only energy…that can be… manipulated.

Look at your world with different eyes — agree that all things are created from intelligent energy. This building block of creation carries potential that is yours to design; therefore, you are living in a sea of potential — an ocean of what can be — and it can be whatever you desire it to be because it (energy) obeys your intention.
When we acknowledge that all energy is intelligent and that we can use it, we automatically embrace the open mindset.
And when we embrace the open mindset with the understanding that energy is ours to command – nothing can stop us.
The Three-Minute Dash — is my absolute favorite part of the Great Release Program. Set a stop-watch or kitchen timer for three minutes — and then run around like a crazy person seeing how much you can pick-up, clean-up, or put away in three minutes. When the timer rings, raise your hands and give yourself a delightful cheer! Whoot! Kids and adults love this one! Stuff some rewards in there, and you can have lots of laughter and fun.

Mark what you accomplished on your Great Release Calendar.

Throw or give one thing away. — earn 1 gold star.
