Choose one item in your kitchen or food-prep area that no longer supports you and let it go. This could be:

an expired jar or spice a chipped mug a utensil or gadget you never use a stained towel a pan that has long passed its prime

Releasing clutter from the hearth helps your energy—and your creativity—flow again.
