The Story: Stardust was not born the way we measure birth on Earth. On that planet, the elders say that every brave soul must choose a “mark” to carry through the dark, and Stardust chose two: the skull, to honor endings that make room for beginnings, and the polka dots which represent wholeness, abundance, and luck – many dots equal many blessings. When she was ready, the star-mothers fastened a single metal star to her essence—a charm of protection and good fortune—and sent her to find a place where hope needed a little extra backbone.
She arrived the way certain miracles do—quietly, with no applause—riding the tail of a meteor shower that brushed Earth’s atmosphere like a match struck in velvet.
