This Spiritism Prayer is a lovely addition to your Book of Shadows.  The purpose of the prayer is to bring balance and can be said for yourself, or for someone else.  The technique uses two white candles and a bowl of blessed water.  The prayer can be used to bless items or individuals.   I use it as part of a Spiritual Cleansing here for those in need.  This is a great technique for the beginning of each holiday, when working for someone who is ill, who has recently gone through a divorce or loss, or who feels frightened, lonely, or overwhelmed.
